Khushie Indian Kitchen

I've delayed writing this restaurant review for the simple reason that I've hardly tried many of their dishes — I get the same thing every time I go! But in the end, I suppose that should count for something.

Khushie Indian Kitchen is a small, clean Indian take-out restaurant that serves very generous portions of healthful dishes. It's great to know that when I am too busy, tired or just plain lazy to cook I can pick up the phone and have such food delivered to my door. I've even programmed their number into my cellphone so that I can coordinate to pick up fresh food as I walk home past their location!

Their Tandoori Chicken and Baigan Bhartha (a spicy eggplant dish) are outstanding. Order that and a couple of Naan breads and you have a good meal with leftovers for two.
