Annual Meeting of
Seward Park Housing Corporation

Just over an hour. I estimate that there were about 130 people, maybe fewer. Meeting was started with introductions and a statement by Board President Karen Suss Wolfson, followed by a presentation by our General Manager Frank Durant, our accountant {name unknown} and counsel Steve Anderson. The sound system was not working properly until halfway through the presentation by counsel, and most of what was said prior to that was not understood by many (if not most) in the audience. Questions were invited for the accountant and counsel. Chair of the Legal Committee, Wei-Li Tjong interjected comments pertaining to our legal circumstances. Our counsel saw fit to answer a question about maintenance increases. Directors Terry MacAvery and Margaret Jolly also commented on the topic of maintenance increases. After asking if the audience had more questions for our accountant and counsel, Karen Suss Wolfson adjourned the meeting.

The meeting did not follow the agenda that was set forth, most notably with no "Reports by Officers and Committees", and not open "Q & A Period".
